Sun-Dried, Not Processed

Many commercial pickles skip the sun-drying step. We don't. Drying concentrates flavour, drives out moisture and creates the deep intensity that makes our pickles unforgettable.

Cold-Pressed Mustard Oil

We use only cold-pressed kachchi ghani mustard oil — not refined, not blended. It carries natural heat and pungency that refined oils cannot match.

Made to Order, Not Stockpiled

We make every jar when you order it — not weeks beforehand. Your pickle is sealed fresh, ensuring maximum flavour and the longest possible shelf life at home.

Whole Spices, Ground In-House

We grind our own fenugreek, fennel, nigella and mustard seeds every morning. Pre-ground powder from packets is never used in any of our recipes.

Our Story

Started in a kitchen in 1987.

The Ultimate Pickle Shop began in our grandmother's kitchen in 1987 — a five-litre clay pot, a kilo of raw mangoes and a family recipe that had never been written down. Today we make over 20 varieties but the method hasn't changed: small batches, whole spices, good oil, real time.

  • Seasonal, Local Sourcing
    Every fruit and vegetable is sourced at its seasonal peak from local farms — mangoes from Ratnagiri, lemons from Vidarbha, garlic from Madhya Pradesh.
  • Traditional Sun-Curing
    Ingredients are sun-dried for 2–21 days depending on the variety — a step that cannot be rushed and cannot be faked in an oven or dehydrator.
  • Hand-Jarred and Sealed
    Every jar is filled by hand, wiped clean, sealed and labeled individually — no conveyor belt, no automation, just care in every step.
